Focus Lens

The Focus Lens is a high-precision optical component designed for fiber laser welding, cutting, and cleaning machines. Its primary function is to focus the collimated laser beam into a precise, high-energy spot, enabling accurate cutting, deep penetration welding, and efficient laser processing. The quality of the focus lens directly affects beam concentration, processing speed, edge quality, and overall machine performance.

Manufactured from premium optical-grade fused quartz (fused silica) with a double-sided Anti-Reflective (AR) coating, the Focus Lens delivers laser transmission of up to 99.9%, minimizing optical loss while maximizing laser efficiency. The precision-polished optical surface ensures excellent beam quality and stable focusing performance even under continuous high-power laser operation.

The Focus Lens is highly resistant to heat, thermal shock, scratches, and contamination, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications. Regular replacement of the focus lens helps maintain superior welding and cutting quality, improves production efficiency, protects internal optical components, and extends the service life of the laser head.

It is compatible with a wide range of fiber laser cutting heads and handheld laser welding heads, including models from Raytools, WSX, BOCI, SUP, and Qilin (depending on the lens size and specification).
